Woman dies after fall from fifth-floor of building on the Grand Concourse/167th St.

A Bronx woman died after plummeting from the window of her fifth-floor apartment Friday and detectives are trying to determine if she was pushed, police sources said.

Cops found the 43-year-old woman, with bruises to her head and body, sprawled outside 940 Grand Concourse, near 163rd St., at about 3 p.m.

Witnesses told police that they watched in horror as the woman’s body plunged from the building and landed near an alcove surrounded by scaffolding, sources said.
